Mifflin Township is proud to recognize and honor the men and women who have served our country. Families and veterans who would like to have a service member’s name added to the Honor Roll Military Monument may submit the following information for consideration:

• Veteran’s full name
• Dates of Mifflin Township residency
• Dates of military service Conflict(s) or war(s) in which the veteran served
• Contact phone number
• A copy of the veteran’s DD-214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)

For deceased veterans, a family member may submit the required information and documentation on the veteran’s behalf.
